Responsibility

  • Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about room types, rates, promotions, and resort amenities to guests.
  • Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping) to ensure guest requests and special arrangements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, events, and local attractions to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing room inventory and maximizing occupancy through strategic upselling.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and payment processing standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reservations or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
