As a Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for managing guest bookings, crafting personalized itineraries, and ensuring seamless coordination between guests and our luxury accommodations. Your role will directly impact guest satisfaction, making every stay memorable and hassle-free.
Based in Kuta, Bali, this contract position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 3.800.000 – Rp 4.500.000 per month, along with opportunities to grow within the hospitality industry. Responsibility
- Manage and process guest reservations efficiently using property management systems.
- Create and customize detailed itineraries tailored to guest preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, front desk, concierge) to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest communications.
- Upsell additional services (tours, dining, spa) to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues related to reservations with empathy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service roles.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and teams.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings, payments, and guest records.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
