Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain impeccable standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked and presented neatly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Follow hotel safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by the housekeeping team.
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests, addressing requests or concerns with courtesy.
- Adhere to sustainability practices, including proper waste disposal and energy conservation.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of low stock levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic understanding of English or Indonesian to communicate with guests and team members.
