Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, adhering to restaurant standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, refilling condiments, and clearing dishes.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with integrity.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and specials to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
