Responsibility
- Oversee daily tour operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and guest expectations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors, guides, and partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Monitor and optimize logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tour operations or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
