Responsibility
- Oversee daily resort/hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office) to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in alignment with industry best practices.
- Drive guest satisfaction by resolving escalations and ensuring personalized service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovate to keep the property competitive in Bali’s luxury market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in leading teams and improving operational KPIs (e.g., occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores).
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost-control strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
