Responsibility
- Process and confirm reservations for accommodations, tours, and transportation services.
- Liaise with global partners, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators, to ensure accurate and timely bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Handle payment processing, invoicing, and documentation with precision.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 customer needs.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
