Responsibility
- Welcome and assist high-profile clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a premium experience.
- Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide in-depth knowledge about luxury vehicles, features, and customization options to potential buyers.
- Coordinate test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and client events to enhance engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and convert leads into satisfied customers.
- Uphold showroom standards, including presentation, cleanliness, and brand alignment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with diplomacy and resolve them to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail, preferably in automotive or high-end sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for luxury brands, automotive industry, and delivering outstanding service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to engage confidently with VIP clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events, as required.
- Prior experience in sales support or guest relations within a showroom or similar environment is advantageous.
