In this role, you will be the face of our center, handling front desk operations, managing inquiries, coordinating housekeeping, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also leverage our CRM system to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes. Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registrations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facilities are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, bookings, and feedback using our CRM system to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing documentation, and preparing reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
  • Uphold the center’s standards of excellence in service, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality, preferably in a wellness, healthcare, or luxury service environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Female candidates only (as per company policy).
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali and reside in provided hostel accommodation.
