In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our properties and our digital guests, ensuring seamless booking experiences while maximizing revenue through strategic platform management.
As our OTA Officer, you will take ownership of our online distribution strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining rate parity, managing inventory across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and ensuring that our property listings are consistently optimized for visibility and conversion. We are looking for an individual who is not only detail-oriented but also possesses excellent communication skills to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Responsibility
- Manage and update property inventory, rates, and restrictions across all OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries promptly to ensure high conversion rates and guest satisfaction.
- Execute revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate) during high and low seasons.
- Maintain rate parity and ensure listing accuracy, including high-quality photography and compelling property descriptions.
- Coordinate with the on-site operations team to facilitate smooth guest check-ins and address special requests.
- Generate and analyze weekly booking reports to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Proactively resolve overbooking or system sync issues to maintain a seamless reservation flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Reservation, OTA, or Revenue role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Channel Manager systems (e.g., SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, or similar) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong understanding of digital distribution landscapes and OTA algorithms.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) for effective guest communication.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret booking data.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is highly desirable.
