Responsibility
- Manage and process reservations, bookings, and inquiries for travel, events, and weddings via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and service providers to confirm availability, pricing, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications in our CRM and administrative systems.
- Prepare and issue invoices, contracts, and confirmation documents for clients and partners.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and filing, to support operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and weddings, including venue arrangements, schedules, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote packages and upsell services where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservation management, administration, or customer service within the travel, hospitality, or event industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle last-minute changes or client requests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
