Responsibility
- Design and execute experiments to optimize purification processes for therapeutic proteins and biotherapeutics.
- Utilize advanced chromatography systems and filtration technologies to improve product purity and yield.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and interpret experimental results to drive process development decisions.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and adhere to strict safety and quality standards (GLP/GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and refine experimental protocols.
- Present research findings and technical progress updates to senior scientists and project stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and pilot-scale systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of protein purification techniques (e.g., FPLC, HPLC, TFF).
- Prior hands-on experience working in a bioprocessing or analytical laboratory setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in biopharmaceutical manufacturing is a significant advantage.
