Responsibility
- Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory tests to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Document test procedures, results, and observations in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Perform inspections and audits to verify adherence to quality control protocols.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to laboratory safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a QA/QC laboratory setting, preferably in the science and technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
