Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and data analysis to support health services research projects.
- Assist in the design and implementation of research studies, including data collection and interpretation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop research proposals and secure funding.
- Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and policymakers.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements in all research activities.
- Contribute to the publication of research findings in peer-reviewed journals and other academic outlets.
- Support the development of research tools, surveys, and questionnaires.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic direction of the research unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in health services research, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or SAS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and policies is an advantage.
- Experience with grant writing and research proposal development is a plus.
