Responsibility
- Develop and optimize BEOL thermal processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance interconnect technologies, photonics, and 3D integration.
- Conduct experimental research to improve furnace performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Analyze process data and provide technical recommendations for process improvements.
- Support the design and implementation of new thermal processing techniques.
- Document research findings and contribute to technical reports and publications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on BEOL processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in semiconductor process development, particularly in BEOL thermal processes.
- Strong understanding of furnace operations, thin-film deposition, and thermal processing.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, MATLAB) and process simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with global teams and presenting technical findings.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor fabrication equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia.
