Responsibility
- Design and prototype complex robotic end-effectors for automotive assembly tasks.
- Develop and implement control algorithms for robotic manipulation and automation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and performance validation of robotic systems in simulated and real-world environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware components.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design iterations, experimental findings, and technical reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical integration challenges during the R&D process.
- Participate in academic and industrial knowledge sharing to advance the laboratory's technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in robotic system design and automation, preferably with industrial robots.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) for mechanical design.
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Deep understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and control theory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
