Responsibility
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support population health studies, including data collection, cleaning, and statistical analysis.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of health intervention programs aligned with SingHealth’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including epidemiologists, clinicians, and policymakers, to translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications summarizing research outcomes for stakeholders and academic audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs using KPIs, surveys, and impact assessments.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in public health, including digital health, preventive medicine, and health equity.
- Support grant writing and funding proposals to secure resources for ongoing and future research initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical research standards, data privacy regulations, and institutional review board (IRB) requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health research, data analysis, or program evaluation (fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered).
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience with healthcare databases, EHR systems, or survey tools (e.g., REDCap, Qualtrics) is a plus.
- Familiarity with research methodologies, including study design, sampling techniques, and ethical considerations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
