Responsibility
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of clinical and public health research studies.
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data using statistical software and methodologies.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including doctors, nurses, and data analysts, to ensure research integrity.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of research activities in compliance with ethical standards.
- Coordinate with participants, including recruitment, consent processes, and follow-up communications.
- Stay updated on the latest medical research trends, tools, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Support the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications to secure research funding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Biology, Biostatistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, data analysis, or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with research ethics, IRB protocols, and GCP guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
