Responsibility
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of clinical and laboratory research studies.
- Collect, process, and analyze biological samples, patient data, and other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including doctors, nurses, and data analysts, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all tools are calibrated and functioning optimally.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical research and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects.
- Assist in securing grants and funding by preparing proposals and progress reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a research or clinical setting, preferably in healthcare or medical research.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Familiarity with laboratory protocols, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and ethical guidelines for human subject research.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
