Responsibility

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of health services and public health research projects under the guidance of senior researchers.
  • Collect, clean, and manage quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata) and databases.
  • Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings to support research hypotheses and grant proposals.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, epidemiologists, and policymakers, to ensure project alignment with objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards (e.g., IRB approvals).
  • Develop and maintain documentation, protocols, and standard operating procedures for research activities.
  • Present research findings at internal meetings, conferences, and community outreach events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Medicine, Biology, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in health research, data analysis, or clinical studies (fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS, or Stata) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, including study design, survey development, and ethical considerations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience with grant writing or manuscript preparation is highly desirable.
