Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations, including trauma, acute illnesses, and critical conditions.
- Perform rapid assessments, diagnose medical issues, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stabilize patients and prepare them for further treatment or surgery as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Participate in emergency response drills and continuous training to stay updated on best practices.
- Educate patients and their families on post-emergency care and follow-up procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS).
- Excellent decision-making abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Empathy, compassion, and strong communication skills for patient and family interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
