Responsibility
- Lead and manage a multi-functional team, including medical staff, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize performance.

- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs to promote clinic services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
