Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role is ideal for a proactive professional with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to healthcare excellence.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily support operations and facilities management across multiple healthcare locations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of facilities and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to facilities and support operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facilities and operations with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or facilities management, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
