Responsibility
- Provide expert psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for patients across various age groups.
- Develop and implement comprehensive mental health programs tailored to community needs.
- Supervise and mentor junior psychologists and support staff to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on mental health assessment and intervention.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and teams.
- Experience in program development and implementation within a healthcare environment.
