Responsibility
- Conduct research and experiments to develop and improve formulations for Cat, Lem, Masterbatch, and Pigment products.
- Analyze and interpret data from experiments to optimize product performance and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet industry and customer requirements.
- Document research findings, methodologies, and results in detailed technical reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting product development.
- Assist in scaling up laboratory formulations to pilot and full-scale production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product development and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all R&D activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in research and development, preferably in the chemical or materials industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
