Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test new products, prototypes, and technologies to meet market and business needs.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, materials, and methodologies that enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs into manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and interpret data from experiments, simulations, and field tests to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Optimize existing products and processes to improve functionality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Document technical specifications, reports, and patents to protect intellectual property and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to recommend innovative solutions.
- Present findings and proposals to stakeholders, including senior management and clients, with clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, product development, or a similar engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB), and prototyping techniques.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing, material analysis, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative, practical solutions.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and quality management systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
