Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building facilities and production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on production schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing, to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance records, documentation, and reports to track equipment performance, maintenance history, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to facility management, safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices for facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility engineering, maintenance management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, production equipment, and maintenance best practices, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other facility management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Certifications in facility management, safety (e.g., OSHA), or related fields are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
