Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for shipyard projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new shipbuilding or repair projects.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Optimize shipyard operations by implementing best practices and innovative engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipyard project management or marine engineering.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, shipbuilding standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
