Responsibility
- Lead on-site testing, integration, and commissioning of automation systems for Oil & Gas projects.
- Oversee the setup and installation of control systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during system deployment and operation.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, installation manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (IEC, ISO, API) and company quality assurance procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users and client personnel on system operation and maintenance.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas automation, control systems, or project engineering.
- Proven track record in on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial systems.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEC 61131, API, ISO 9001).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites (including offshore locations) as required.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
