Responsibility
- Design and conduct experiments to develop new chemical products and improve existing formulations.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility, scalability, and market readiness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in chemical research.
- Ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed and contribute to a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in a laboratory or R&D setting is a plus.
- Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
