Responsibility
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including mechanics, electricians, and technicians, to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of zero incidents.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify process improvements, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for specialized maintenance services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management within the manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness sectors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001) and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
