Responsibility
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automated systems used in logistics operations.
- Perform comprehensive testing and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Document repair processes, test results, and maintenance activities in detailed reports for internal review.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment usage, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during repair and testing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in repair, testing, or maintenance engineering, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, calibration techniques, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis (RCA) tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in engineering environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document technical processes clearly.
