Responsibility

  • Lead and manage pharmaceutical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess progress, resolve issues, and maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including financial updates, milestones, and key performance indicators, to senior management.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation among project team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical construction or a related industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
