Responsibility
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and report anomalies to senior technicians or engineers.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with industry standards.
- Document production data, including output metrics, equipment logs, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Adhere to shift schedules (AM, PM, or Night) and ensure seamless handover of tasks between shifts.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for motivated candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
