Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the solar O&M department, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for solar energy systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performance standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to solar energy operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance within the renewable energy sector, preferably in solar energy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and monitoring systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to solar energy operations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
