Our newly established interior renovation firm in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Renovation Project & Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in a dynamic startup, where you will oversee end-to-end renovation lifecycles—from initial client consultation and design coordination to final site handover.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end management of residential and commercial interior renovation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and workplace safety compliance on a daily basis.
- Manage project budgets, procurement of materials, and operational scheduling.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and conflicts proactively to minimize delays.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders regarding project timelines and status updates.
- Ensure all documentation, including contracts and permits, are accurately processed and filed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in interior renovation project management in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, HDB/URA regulations, and construction safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams of contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software and basic design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is a distinct advantage.
