Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end renewals process for Looker enterprise accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies to mitigate churn and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate platform value and strategic alignment.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements and renewal terms while balancing company objectives and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze renewal health metrics to provide accurate forecasting and reporting to regional leadership.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall customer lifecycle journey and platform adoption rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewals management, account management, or B2B software sales.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value SaaS renewals and delivering consistent revenue retention.
  • Deep understanding of the data analytics and cloud software market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis software to manage sales pipelines effectively.
