Responsibility
- Proactively contact customers from the assigned database to discuss Motor Insurance renewals.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.
- Generate competitive quotations tailored to the customer's needs and preferences.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly renewal targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call centre environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.
