Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Support the Enrichment Centre's initiatives and programs to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
