Responsibility
- Administer and maintain Workforce Management (WFM) software to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
- Develop, implement, and monitor workforce schedules, forecasts, and real-time adherence
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and IT teams to align workforce planning with business objectives
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to end-users on WFM tools and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors for system enhancements or updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data security standards
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to streamline workforce operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Workforce Administrator, Scheduler, or similar role in a call center or BPO environment
- Hands-on experience with WFM software (e.g., Aspect, Verint, NICE, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and workforce optimization techniques
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
