Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software.
  • Process and reconcile bank transactions, invoices, and expenses on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees and vendors.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents.
  • Stay updated on the latest Xero features and accounting best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with expertise in Xero.
  • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
