Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Oversee tax reporting and ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and treasury management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
