Responsibility
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations and growth initiatives.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an accounting or financial management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with QuickBooks or SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.
