In this role, you will oversee the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting. You will lead a team of coordinators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor the R2R team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation for financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of R2R processes and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong time management skills.
