Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and administrative professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
