Responsibility
- Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and payment reminders to clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial reports.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Support inventory tracking and cost analysis as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
