Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market is an advantage.
