Responsibility
- Process and monitor incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timely recording in the accounting system.
- Generate and send invoices to clients, following up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, deposits, and adjustments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve payment processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and collection efforts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all AR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is advantageous.
