Responsibility
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Oversee group consolidation and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address any findings.
- Manage tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns and ensuring adherence to tax laws.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in group consolidation and audit coordination is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
