Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with property management teams to optimize revenue and cost efficiency for real estate portfolios.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
